Burton upon Trent, considered by many to be the birth place of Pale Ale, is known in the brewing world for its extremely hard, sulfate rich water. In our efforts to duplicate its water profile, our Best Bitter displays toasted, nutty and caramelized malt flavours backed by a mineral-driven, lengthy hop finish that gives the beer incredible dryness while exhibiting flavours of orange pekoe tea and orchard stonefruit.
