Shipping Policy

Thanks for choosing Tooth and Nail! We are thrilled to be able to offer both local (Ottawa) and Ontario shipping through Small Batch Distribution to bring Tooth and Nail beer directly to your fridge. We also offer in-store pickup! 

Local (Ottawa) Delivery

Through our trusted delivery partner, Trexity, we are able to offer home delivery. All orders placed before 1PM Monday-Friday will be delivered same-day. Any order placed after will be delivered the following day. All orders placed before 12PM on Saturday will be delivered same-day. Any orders placed after will be delivered the next week day (Monday).

Someone over the age of 19 must be home to receive the order.

Ontario Delivery

For all other orders to be delivered within Ontario, we aim to process your order within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. PLEASE NOTE: Ontario orders are only picked up once a week on Tuesday mornings. Any orders placed before Tuesday at 10AM will be picked up that week. Orders placed after that time will be picked up the following Tuesday. Once picked up by our carrier, you should receive your order within 7 days. 

Someone over the age of 19 must be home to receive the order. 

In-Store Pick-Up

We also offer in-store pick-up. If ordered before 4PM Monday-Friday, your order will be ready same day. Any order placed after that time, will be available for pick-up the following business day. See below for our retail store hours. 

When picking up your beer, please have your order number ready and  piece of ID.
