For years, Vim & Vigour has been requested in its unadulterated form, straight from the tank, raw and brisk. We saw it fitting that for our 10th Anniversary, we brew the beer slightly stronger than usual and dry hop it with Czech Saaz hops, giving it a character reminiscent of Grace & Gratitude while allowing the unfiltered nature of the beer lend nuances of our latest pilsner, Premio.
